Christmas Gatefold Slimline Card | Graphic 45

Tuesday, 12 November 2024

Hello there.

I am ready for all things Holiday craft-related and have already started making Christmas cards.

I just loved the Autumn Greeting Card Kit from Graphic 45, so I decided to use it as inspiration for my slimline gatefold cards.

This is my first time creating slimline gatefold cards, and I had so much fun doing them. Plus, the floating images look so cute.

Have you started your Holiday crafting? I would love to know.

Thanks for stopping by. Happy Crafting

 Hello fellow crafters.

I love the G45 Card Kit clubs, and I wanted to create tri-fold cards similar to those in the G45 Card Kit Vol 1 2022. The focus is on the Time To Flourish collection in that kit, and I wanted to focus on the Wild & Free collection.

The Cottage collection is one of my faves (yes, I say that about all G45 papers) collections thus far.

The colours in the Cottage Life collection are beautiful and ever so soft. I wanted to focus on the Solids and Patterns because they look stunning and perfect for this project.

A walk in the park

Thursday, 9 October 2014

Walking the Dog Piper stamp set is such a fun set - plus I love coloring that curly hair!

I really like the soft vintage look that the Tim Holtz Markers give to a stamped image and even though the fab Sunshine Sorbet paper collection from Some Odd Girl has lots of bright colors it works great with soft coloring.

IF you want to see my step by step tutorial on how I created this tag hop on over the Odd Blog.

Mixed media layout!

Saturday, 29 March 2014

I a newbie when it comes to mixed media creation and the more I try things out the more fun it is.

I created this layout using lots of misting, masking, modeling paste and layers. I also used the CSI Case file nr. 115 as my inspiration.

I really love all the pinks and the Prima masks is so fun to use.

I also made this process video to go with my layout and this is the first attempt of adding narration and to speed things up a bit. So it is not perfect but it is OK for my first try! D
