Getting some Project Life stuff back on track

I haven't been much of a Project Life crafter but I am trying to get back into the swing of things.

I have so many PL-kits from Studio Calico and Cocoa Daisy then I kinda need to put to good use so why not use them to get back into the documenting swing.

I take so many photos and to be completely honest I will never scrapbook all those photos so the PL-thing is kinda what I need to get my photos in order.

The hardest part about PL-Documenting is taking pics of those spreads, but practice makes perfect.

Project Life - February 2015

I really like the month to month approach to my PL pages - so much easier and less "stress" when I go month by month.

This spread was made mostly created using items from the February DITL kit from Cocoa Daisy and some items from my stash.

I took quite a bit of photos that month so ended up using three pages to fill it with stuff I wanted to share.

Project Life - January

Yes it is obvious that I am a bit behind with my Project Life album but to make things a bit easier I decided to document my PL monthly.

This way I have more control over what I am creating and those months when I don't take too many photos I am not felling like I am not  doing a good enough job.

I used the January DITL kit from Coco Daisy as the main base for this month - I really liked the colors and then I added bits from my stash too.

Frenchie Kody

February is here and this month is all about that touch of France this month in Odd Land!

It is clear release time and today we are focusing on Frenchie Kody!

I used the Sunshine Sorbet papers and those Hexie Dots from Some Odd Girl to create his masculine card, but I just had to add a doily too! ;)

PL scrapbooking again!

As much as I enjoy my pocket style scrapbooking I am way behind and I do blame the holidays and my printer for the delay! ;)

Now that i have gotten a new printer I have no excuses at all - so I guess I better get crafting.

I made this PL spread last month and I used mostly the November Day In the Life kit from Cocoa Daisy among other pretties from my stash.

So many yummy colors and fun elements.

Pocket style cards and stamps

I really love making my own pocket style cards using my stash and stamps.

 

This fun stamp set called Taco-Bout-it from Sweet Stamp Shop is so freakin' cute and perfect for fun cards.

I used one of the cards from Ahoy kit and added Ranger stickles and the image to the card to jazz it up a bit.

The I decided to create another card using a white cardstock, black pen and the stmap set to.

These small stamps are just perfect for these kinda crafts and the planner stamp would be great to create these kind of cards too.

Project Life weeks 37-38

This has been one busy week and I have been neglecting by blog but here I am!

Project life week 15

I am still trying to get back on the PL-wagon and I must admit it is not going as fast I would have wanted too.

Well week 15 was full of fun things because the school where I teach, was all about having fun and dressing up. The students issued a special theme each day and of course I joined the fun.

One week was Rock & Roll, the next one was Hollywood and finally glam and 80's.

This week was lots of fun and I just love all the greens in this spread.

 I used the Studio Calico Hello Hello & Camelot PL kits, lots of My Minds Eye and Simple Stories PL items.

Project Life continues!

I am soooo freakin behind with my Project Life album but I am trying my very best to get in gear!

I decided to combine weeks 13 and 14 in on spread and I used the Hello Hello PL kit from Studio Calico along with stuff from my supplies!

I used lots of mists to decorate the PL cards and of course I just had to add enamel dots.

These PL spread are really fun to make but I need to make more time for my PL crafting!
