 Happy Friday all!

I  just adore how this beautiful Mum stencil from Scrapbook.com looks all inked up and pretty.

I started by spreading a light layer of ink using the stencil brushes and then I added a touch of darker colour by dabbing the same ink colour in the middle of each image.

This adds dimension to this otherwise flat background and I love how it turned out. I then added triangles in vellum and colour cardstock to add "a ground" of sort for the sentiment to rest on.

I stamped the alphas I wanted to use and then fuzzy cut them and placed them over the triangle area.

I added jewels to the centre of the florals and added foam adhesive to the background itself to give it more dimension.
