I adore this lil mermaid from The Greeting Farm and I just had to color her and use on a sparkly card.

I colored her using my Copic markers and I used the Pinky Pie Pink and Glass Slipper sequins packs from SpiegelMom Scraps to add more sparkle and "water" effects.
