Black & Purple mixed media jar

I just adore making these altered jars using some of the mixed media tips I learned from the amazing Finnabair this summer.

I made this jar for my lil sister so she could store her pencils while coloring. The colors hare some of her faves so I really hope she likes it.

It is so rewarding to be able to reuse something that I normally throw away, make it even more fun to create.

Plus I just love to play with gesso, paint, beads and all that fun stuff! ;)
