Piper is a girl after my own heart - she sure knows how to shop and I love that in a girl-friend! :D
Shopping Piper will not stop until she has crossed everything off her shopping list and then it is off to the nearest café!
I created the background using watercolor paper, watercolors and (duhh :-) water! This is such great way to play with your watercolors and I love using mists to get the same effect!
I used embossing powder, Some Odd Girl twine and Some Odd Girl sequins to decorate the card and I really like how this turned out
