When I saw the # 261 sketch by Creative Scrappers I knew I had the perfect photos for it.

My girls love to play dress-up and these two sure know hot to jazz it up! 

I used lots of papers from the Dear Lizzy Polkadot Party line, several mists, Tim Holtz ink, doilies and Pink Paislee stars and rhinestones.
